Pricing Your Property
There is no “exact price” for real estate. I do not tell what your home is “worth”.
Things that make a property sell:
- Market Conditions
- Listing Price
- Condition of Property
- Ease of Showing
- Agent You Choose
To get the best price obtainable for your property, all factors that influence the sale must be considered.
YOU control the specific factors.
The seller sets the price of the home, but ultimately the buyer determines the value.
Using available market information (properties recently sold, properties under contract, and properties currently being offered) we will determine the most advantageous market position for your property.
A REALTOR has no control over the market. Never select an agent based on price.
How much is your home worth?
Only as much as a buyer is willing to pay.
Houses sell more quickly and usually for the most money when they are priced properly in the beginning.
Most activity will take place in the first 3-4 weeks. The excitement of a new property on the market will create an urgency for both buyers and agents to see it as quickly as possible. For that reason, you will probably receive the highest and best offers during this time.
If your property isn’t sold in 30 days, we will review market activity and make any adjustments necessary to achieve your goal.
