Appointment Preparation Checklist
To make our time together more effective, please have the following things ready (if available) at the time of our appointment together.
- Title Policy
- Survey (these two items should be with the papers you got when you bought the house)
- Last year’s tax bill
- Information on any special assessments
- Account numbers and address for all mortgages
- Invoices for any repairs or improvements to the property
- Declarations/Covenants/Deed Restrictions (if applicable)
- Homeowners Association information (if applicable)
- 2 copies of the key to the front door
- Completed Seller’s Disclosure and Lead Base Paint Disclosure
